Boarding Information

Waters Edge Farm is located on over 15 beauiful acres in Concord.  Our farm is located just minutes from I-85 and I-485 and just off Highway 73.  Its convenient location makes it easily accessible to Huntersville, Davidson, Mooresville, and uptown Charlotte as well as Harrisburg and Mint Hill. Waters Edge Farm's amenities include:

• Two barns with 27 matted stalls
• Large grooming stalls and wash stalls with hot/cold water in each barn
• Simplifly fed daily in the summer months
• Private tack lockers for boarders
• Separate tack room for leasers and lesson horses
• Two spacious outdoor arenas with all weather footing and lights, and one indoor arena for riding in all conditions
• Full course of show quality jumps
• 12 grass paddocks and pastures all fenced with 3 board fencing for safe turnout
• Owners live on site

Horses boarded at Waters Edge Farm receive only the highest quality care. Our full board includes daily stall cleaning with plentiful bedding, daily turnout (weather permitting), a customized feed plan which includes feeding owner provided supplements, blanketing, fly spray application (if provided by owner), scheduling and holding for vet/farrier/chiropractor, and full use of our facilities.

Full board is $800 per month. We do not offer pasture board.
